We are a Trapping and Exclusion service.  We do not use pesticides, chemicals, poisons, or provide pest control.  We access each job individually and create a treatment plan to address each customers concerns.

A typical Rat Removal or Mouse Removal Service 

• Speak with the owner or manager about areas of concern.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the building for signs and scat.

• Inspect the property for signs of mole activity.  Runs, mounds, etc.
• Owner determined trapping period.

1. Spot treatment to knock down activity levels. Typically 2 weeks.
2. Maintenance agreement.  Starts with spot treat to knock down activity then continues monthly to keep it that way.

• Set traps based on owners preference.  There are several option's:

1. Above ground traps- least damaging to lawns.
2. Below ground traps-  a good choice with small children around.
3. Above and below ground traps for maximum trap coverage.

• Monitor traps and remove moles as caught.
